They will assist you in finding a system that meets your needs. Once you have found your system, we will send you a quote. Once we receive you purchase order, we will begin processing your order. Payment will be due upon delivery. [SUPPORT] If I have a technical support problem and don't know whether it is a hardware or software problem can XANALOG help? Of course. We are a single-point contact for hardware/software technical support and troubleshooting for the entire system. [BILLING] Who should I make checks payable to? Please make checks payable to XANALOG Corporation. Do you accept credit cards? At this time XANALOG does not see the need to add the capability of credit cards purchases for our customers. If this is a significant issue for you, please let us know. [INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER QUESTIONS] What are XANALOG Corporations foreign payment terms? Payment will only be accepted in US Dollars. Purchases under US $7,500, we ask for payment in full on day of purchase. For purchases between US $7,500 and US $20,000, we require prepayment of half the purchase amount in advance and the remainder due upon receipt. All purchases above US $20,000, a letter of credit and credit references are required. Are XANALOG systems subject to export controls? XANALOG is required to determine the intended use of all software and systems being shipped overseas to most destinations. In some instances, depending on uses and destinations, customers may require US export licenses. Are packing and shipping services to foreign destinations available and included? XANALOG will arrange appropriate packing and shipping at customers’ expense. Insurance is also available for additional costs Who is responsible for duties, taxes, and VAT levied by Foreign Customs? The customer is responsible for these extra charges, and for destination country customs brokerage services. What system support is available for systems shipped abroad? XANALOG Technical Support is available for all customers, national or international, via e-mail at web@xanalog.com, by fax at +1 781 393 0377 or by phone at +1 617 876 3900 during GMT 1500 through 2200. Is foreign pricing different than North American pricing? Generally there is no difference for the base price. However, there are extra charges for export documentation, licensing and packing and shipping as noted above. MathWorks software must be purchased through the local MathWorks distributor. [REALINK SERIES] What MathWorks software do I need for ReaLINK? MATLAB, SIMULINK, Realtime Workshop and xPC Target. I addition you will need a C compiler to produce the target code. Software bundles with all of these software modules are available for sale with our ReaLINK products. More information can be found here. Can XANALOG supply the software for ReaLINK? To purchase ReaLINK software, please contact your local Mathworks distributor. [RT SERIES] What Software do I need for the RT Series? All of the necessary software is included in the price of the RT Series product. [MISCELLANEOUS] What electric power options are available? XANALOG ships 120 VAC or 220 VAC systems, most of which are auto-sensing. The systems are shipped with North American electrical plugs. Power options to meet their own local areas will be the customers’ responsibility. |
