Under no circumstances should our products be used to control processes or machines when there is danger of injury or loss of life without the prior written approval of the CEO of XANALOG Corporation.
XANALOG does not authorize an XANALOG Corporation product for use in life systems and/or devices without prior written approval of the CEO of XANALOG Corporation. Life support devices/systems are devices or systems which, a) are intended for surgical implantation into the body, or b) support or sustain life and whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to result in injury. XANALOG Corporation products are not designed with the components required, and are not subject to the testing required to ensure a level of reliability suitable for the treatment and diagnosis of people. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts and the United States of America without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
