Martin Schrage President and Cofounder As president, Schrage is responsible for business development, research and development, technical support and marketing functions. However, it is his extensive knowledge of real-time, hardware-in-the-loop simulation that is invaluable in product development and customer support. With his ability to assist customers’ with physics, mathematics and real-time architecture for their simulations, Schrage is able to accurately incorporate customer needs and requirements into new product features and new products for XANALOG.
Before founding XANALOG, Schrage served as the vice president at CSPI, Inc. In this role, he build the company’s first formalized marketing group and was responsible for the management of product marketing, the applications group corporate and product promotion and international sales and distribution. Prior to this position, Schrage held various positions at CSPI including manager of applications engineering that provided technical support for the company’s marketing efforts and as a senior system analyst carrying out the design of algorithms, digital radar, sonar, closed-loop vibration control and speech analysis systems.
Schrage earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. | Peter Van Aken COO and Cofounder Van Aken is a senior financial executive with hands-on skills and a record for problem solving and team management. His responsibilities as COO are to manage all aspects of the firm’s operations outside of marketing, sales and technical functions. These include treasury functions, logistics management, human resources and product manufacturing.
Prior to his post at XANALOG, Van Aken held the position of vice president of administrative affairs at Brandeis University. In this role, Van Aken was responsible for physical plant operations and management, employee relations, computer facilities and planning and budget activities.
Van Aken is a graduate of the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in management and a minor in electrical engineering and computer systems. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s graduate school of business where he earned a MBA. | Robert Davison National Sales Director Davison brings a proven track record and a deep understanding of selling computer systems to government, commercial and university customers for over 20 years. This experience has helped XANALOG increase its presence in the automotive, military and heavy industrial equipment industries.
Prior to joining XANALOG, Davison served as a territory sales manager at Electronics Associates, Inc. In this position, Davison performed direct sales of computer systems for engineering in the Northeast. Davison also held other position within the company that include national sales manager, product manager and computer design engineer.
Davison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering at Queens University and received a Master of Science/Business degree at Newark College of Engineering. |
