Martin Schrage
President and Cofounder As president, Schrage is responsible for business development, research and development, technical support and marketing functions. However, it is his extensive knowledge of real-time, hardware-in-the-loop simulation that is invaluable in product development and customer support. With his ability to assist customers’ with physics, mathematics and real-time architecture for their simulations, Schrage is able to accurately incorporate customer needs and requirements into new product features and new products for XANALOG.
Before founding XANALOG, Schrage served as the vice president at CSPI, Inc. In this role, he build the company’s first formalized marketing group and was responsible for the management of product marketing, the applications group corporate and product promotion and international sales and distribution. Prior to this position, Schrage held various positions at CSPI including manager of applications engineering that provided technical support for the company’s marketing efforts and as a senior system analyst carrying out the design of algorithms, digital radar, sonar, closed-loop vibration control and speech analysis systems.
