FIRST TIME NL-SIM USERS START HERE
If you’ve just installed NL-SIM for the first time, we have put together an easy to follow guide, Getting Started with NL-SIM, which will take you step-by-step through the basics of simulating with NL-SIM in about an hour. You can then build simulations or controllers and run them on your desk top PC in simulated time.

XANALOG Customers should be sure to include their system’s serial number, so that you will receive priority in the queue, and so that our technical support technician can be familiar with you system before they get in contact with you.
Engineering Services
Tap into XANALOG’s 20 years of supporting real-time systems interacting with the real world. XANALOG’s Senior Engineers are ready to discuss your project from the calculus and physics to the hardware implementation.
If you’re planning a Real-Time project XANALOG will provide up to one hour of support for FREE.
A one hour assessment of your project by a senior simulation engineer will get it off to a good start. You will go away with guidance in developing your simulation, or controller, assistance with selection of hardware, interface recommendations, estimate of needed simulation speed and other implementation details.

You can also contract for XANALOG’s Senior Engineers’ specialized knowledge
and support if you need it. They are available for $150 per hour. Contact XANALOG to make arrangements for longer periods of engagement or fixed-price project quotations.
Training Courses are Available
XANALOG users have in general found it less disruptive for a XANALOG instructor to come to their facility and make the training presentation. For best results, one CPU per pair of trainees should be provided by the user. This is a three (3) day on-site training course for engineers who are new to XANALOG products.
It covers NL-SIM and MML programming Real-Time operation.
